Thanx Lisa, worth listening to .. had in background while using social media to … not sure what, reach out?
Again confirmation that going back to the past is the way of the future. Know your clients (like the old fashion corner store) – but in a new form; send thank you notes (like Mum always says you should)- be grateful for what you receive; take a lesson from grandparents – who eventually realise that (grand)children do have something to teach us; try and try again, and you will succeed. Does that last one sound vaguely familiar from anyone’s childhood?
And, the gems at the end: connecting does not mean dollar and cents investments but take advantage of the scaling of relationships with social media …everything is possible. AND, ‘give and ye shall receive’!
